ok so, i need a few things compared, which is more reliable? can they fit on any door? is there limited distance w/ cords? how many lbs of resistance is there? and which would u prefer? im probably going to get 1 or the other, im getting it to shed a few lbs and tone up some :) , also do they both work for the reason ill be using them for? thx
