Thinking about buying one but does it work effectively? I’m not looking to be cut like adrian petereson I just want something that is convenient and can show some muscle tone. I don’t need that much resistance either. I can get one for around $140 and I think a gym membership would cost me pretty close to that just for the first month (sign up fee is over a $100). Is it a worthy buy?

ok so, i need a few things compared, which is more reliable? can they fit on any door? is there limited distance w/ cords? how many lbs of resistance is there? and which would u prefer? im probably going to get 1 or the other, im getting it to shed a few lbs and tone up some , also do they both work for the reason ill be using them for? thx
